Is how you get customers. What are you doing?
How do you:
1) Attract customers: If you are the fisherman it is important to have the right bait, the attractive lure, and you should be fishing when the fish are hungry. Are you being attractive or are you hunting and making your customers run from you?
2) Engage: Once you have their attention, what are you doing to keep it? How do you get your customers to hang around and be curious and want to learn more about you? When that happens, they buy.
3) Nurture: At this stage your customer finds you attractive (figuratively), you have educated them and they trust you, and know that you have their money, what are you going to do the create the experience that validates their buying decision? How are you going to make it so memorable they want to share you?
The nurturing stage is what will create long term organic growth and overall wellness for your company. By the way it’s measurable. Just track the people that share you and if that percentage is growing, then do more of what you are doing, if it isn’t, you better do something different.
Make it a great day!
